Andrew, what was it like ? Doesn't seem to be my ribs seems to be my stomach on a whole, like a sharp little pain and a curning feeling....
It's like I havent eaten for about 1 month but Im eating fine, feel fine apart from that but it's getting me down now!
You would know if you had it lol. I couldn't walk more than a few steps at a time, couldn't even type as i hurt all over but the worst was not being able to breath as it hurt my chest really badly. I acually got admitted to hospital but i really don't like those places so left after 2 days.

Get to the doctors. I din't think a cough would put me in hospital but it did
