I went on there, was £14 for a pizza and garlic bread
Called them to give directions and ordered over the phone ... was £13 for large pizza, garlic bread and a hanky panky pie

Had similarly excellent service today.
Walked in to my nearest MG Rover parts dealer, was greeted exceptionally cordially.
Both fellas that I dealt with only once before; nearly six months ago remembered me.
They remembered what car I drive.
They were completely helpfull, on the ball, and quick to respond.
They did exactly what I requested without one hint of the conventional service with a snarl that's all too commonplace at parts departments and called me 'sir' into the bargain.
To top it all, on the offchance that I might want them, while I was outside making a note of my VIN and trim code, one of the blokes dug me out a 75 quid set of tailored carpet mats and said I could have them for 20 quid.
Chuffed I think is the word.
