but when out of the office i have to get up at 5:30 to get on the road, but i get paid from the moment i leave my house at that time

get up about 9-9.15.Get to work about 9.30 -9.45 sometimes get in about 10.
And yes in many places i would get the sack but i work for my dad

Out the door at 8:35
At work for 8:59/9:00 (I don't ever get there earlier than that because that would be a waste of my time)

i start work any time between 8am and 6pm and leave an hour before (so i can get in, get food etc and catch up on the gossip before work)

Keep pressing "snooze" til, 5:15am
Leave home, 5:35am
Start work, 6am
Finish work, 3pm (sometimes 2pm)

up at 6.30 leave for 7 get there at 7.30 clock on at 7.28- 7.29 takes me 30 seconds to put work boots on etc, teamleader insists on telling me i am suppose to start work at 7.30 i just say i no.
just because he gets there earlier to open gates etc thinks we all have to.
finish 4.15 and fridays 11.30am finish
