yeah works fine.
Also fitted a Forge 007p dv today.cost me £50 Brand new delivered from m0rk on SCC.

how does it sound different to the standard bosch dv?

it doesn't really sound any different a little louder if anything.
just seems to hold boost better which is what i wanted it for.i can't stand loud whooshing valves

Fit it in reverse mate as that will then be the correct way
They are originally fitted in reverse to make them quite
I now have a very nice chatter on channging gear

forge advise you to fit them the correct way.although you can fit them in reverse to get some noise out of them but i prefer it quiet

When I spoke to Forge at the motorshow they siad its far better to fit it opposite to the bosch as the boost then acts ont he face on the diaphram rather than the side of it whicg causes it to fail

go for it, costs about £80-90ish for the pod and gauge, i can tell ya exactly the easiest ways to go about installing it

Out of curiousity, why don't the 1.8t's like atmospheric dv's and prefer recirc?

they go into limp mode and run like a bag of nails. I'm not sure if thats due to people putting them on wrong though lol
