inlet manifold and cat are the 2 things that restrict the 1.8 the most.

0-60 in 8 secs is not that bad....and 125bhp...

Drove one and thought it was a nice refined drive..not bust gutting fast but 8 secs isn't to be sneezed at....

Does anyone know if these have traction control? If so whn you switch the ignition on and all the lights come up is there a light for traction control?

I thought mine had it, but i dont get a light and i have spun the wheels and nothing happened. Compared to in my mates clio with it when you spin the wheels, it kills all the power to the engine!

Dunno, went in my mates zetec-s, that felt nippy, but mine just leaves it. but doesent feel as quick as the zetec s (feista), prob the way the car is set up ya dont feel ya going the speed you are, for example if i did the speedlimit, 30, it would feel like dorris in her scooter would be riding beside me.

may sound a bit daft, but you kinda get the idea

Go wheel spin your car and you will see the light flash up on your dials and your car trying to correct it..

yeah mine doesnt, was wet, wheel span and nothing, no lights etc,

What year is yours Voyto?

Is it really obvious Painz when the TC kicks in?

Mine doesnt even come up with the light when you first switch the ignition on?

Also if you have the engine running, and press the reset button on the milage thing, and hold it down, the numbers change?

Any ideas what the numbers mean?

I thought this, and maybe something to do with next service, will have another look in the manual, but try it, would be interested to know if your numbers were different?
