The condition is fairly common in the West because of processed foods etc., which means generally digestion is slower. If you're worried, just eat more fibre as suggested. Just don't combine Weetabix in the morning and a kebab at 2am as you'll introduce a pressure difference.
Cheers, it stings a bit, but doesnt bleed that often; so i think im safe.

I mean digestive pain in the belly. Sting while passing is a different issue but still related to size and pace. Eat more fibre.

Cheers for all the contributions, I appreciate it.
I feel a little better now knowing that there is quite a range of pooing patterjs.
I have taken onboard the comments about fibre, and will alter my diet accordingly

there's nothing more satisfying than a phantom poo .. when you poo, wipe but it leaves no trace and you have to check that you actually did anything

Kyle, if you are serious and that is genuinely how often you move your bowels, you need to get to the arse doctor and soon mate.
You should go every morning, and easily twice a day.
Must be down to your diet mate - I presume you eat a lot of white bread and chips.
