haha, its going great today, as of this afternoon I feel really really good!

This morning was torture, there was an accident on the m4 meaning it took me 3hrs to get to work. 3hrs trying to stay awake while not doing anything really was torture!

I'm sleeping for for about 25mins each time now which really helps. At the begining I was hardly sleeping at all which was really hard. I will have totalled 12hrs sleep over 7 days which isnt bad
