Martin O'Neil, an Irish manager? No way thank you very much, no offence to the Irish on here, I just can't see that going down to well.

As for McLaren, sh1te no thanks like Alladyce and Curbishley far to one dimensional, what we get with Bobby Robson is a unique understanding of the English game, the Dutch game, the Spannish game, the Portugese game, he adapted to all those different types of football and was a success everywhere he went and that was AFTER he took England to a World Cup Semi Final, if Pearce gets the chance to learn from Bobby and as soon as possible Pearce has the chance to become the greatest English manager EVER.

Offer him the England job and the chance to work along side Stuart Pearce, he'll be back faster than Icy to a Scottish female CS user.

No more foreigners thats for sure.

I dont know who!

Dont get me wrong Im not saying Sam isnt a good manager. But he has absolutly ZERO experience in a big competition and managing big name players. Yeah he has managed Bolton once in the UEFA cup, but not against big sides. And he has done well to get Bolton into Europe but they arent consistently there.

Ok a brief summary of general feelings on here.

Sam Alladyce - Lack of experience, one dimensional

Curbishley - Ditto

After those two we are kinda stuck for English candidates.

Paul Jewells name was mentioned, now this guy is a good manager IMO, but again lack of experience against TOP NOTCH foreign styles of play lets him down.

If I had to have a foriegn manager it would be Mourinho or Wenger and nobody else.

That's not a valid opinion, it's just your biased and hatred opinion, a little common sense here and there doesn't hurt. Have you ever done an AIDS test for Neil? How can you call yourself a true Englishmen if you won't support them? No matter who the gaffer is.
