Going to a closing time and date tuesday at 12 noon (today)..Whoever has the highest bid then gets the house Heres hoping they bid against each other all morning

SO it really is HIGH NOON

I will update tonight and let you's know

Oh and we are thinking about buying straight away again instead of leasing for the 6 months, Thats if we can get a mortgage sorted and find a house that is...

Easy sellinjg a house, sign in garden myself for 1 week, 4 viewings and 3 offers

If you can afford to rent and not spend anything of your profit it might be worth renting for a while.

With the increasing fuel costs, aiven flu, Iran, and outsourcing aboard, it is expected to be a bad year for manufacturing and transport sectors which leads to loss of jobs and therefore a reduction in house prices.

As well a the general market slow down.

SOLD (subject to survey of course)

For 77K couple that offered 76.5 couldn't up there bid no more as they couldn't afford it...

So thats that, just have to discuss moving dates etc...

We don't mind if we buy or lease for a bit, see what happens...

Guy that bought it is coming down on thursday to do measurements and we are going to discuss moving dates...

Can be long or short, not fussed really...
