I found creatine really works well. Its not for everyone and it does have its side affects.

I found that if I didnt work really hard at the gym or missed a couple of nights for whatever reason then I would be full of rage and take it out on anyone. When I was a kid I had to stop it as my social life started getting in the way of the gym and a few people got the brunt of it as well as getting a few smacks off people bigger than me

What a cock.

I talked to the guy at the gym about it and he said it wasnt the first time he had heard about it.

Everything affects people in different ways, even vitamins and paracetamol

Disagree 100%

I was certainly never bullied at school. Seems just like the "prems" being pricks again

Not saying you did or anything because I don't know you.

But a lot of people think it's muscles in a tin when it isn't. You still have to work bloody hard, just you see a lot better gains for your effort than without it.

around 30% of people are non responders, some non responders have seen results from using tri-creatine malate but its more expensive. The stuff isnt really necessary. once you stop using it you end up pissing out alot of the weight you gained whilst using it.

http://www.absolute-creatine.com/

use this site, as it says an its objective view as they don't sell creatine or anything on that site.

even if it doesn't work for you physiologically, there is a chance you will get psychological benefits from it when trying to lift heavier weights. imo.
