Little bit of an update...
Well this so-called "friend" didn't even text or call to apologise or anything yesterday. I saw him drive past me, he definately saw me, but didn't let on 
So I called him last night and...
First of all, his dad has contacted his solicitor to see if he can actually be held liable 
He also wants 3 quotes FFS!
These are brand new apartments, with others still being built, so they still will readily have other replacement glass available and he wants "me" to shop around, like I have time to sit in so 3 different companies can come round and quote me happy 
Then he wants to know how much to refurbish the window (the fuckin low life cheeky piece of shit!).
For one, I want a new one, he shouldn't of being a prick and for two, what the fuck am i supposed to put in the big fuck 5' x 3' gap whilst the window is away to be "refurbished" It's not like I can nail a board to it because it all upvc surround, etc. Even if I could, why should I have to have a grotty, smelly piece of shit board as my back window!!!
