jeeezus..evidence..think how many people do it every week..i doubt he wrote a txt saying his full name and address..they cant get hold of him for shit..all they have is messages hes sent..they could call the numbers but that proves shit..they cant do jack thats why people are advised to have their phones blocked when stolen or lost.

il give u an example of the law today...
3 years ago, somebody  was caught on camera with another guy with 2 car parked up at a back door of a woolworths store, the camera saw stuff being handed hru the back door into the boots of these cars and then the cameras followed the cars drive of. the police then found over 5ks worth of goods in these cars and arrested the drivers. a year later the courts said they did not have enuf evidence to do anyhting and 'those' people got away with it.
so please someone tell me how the fuck i can get done for findig a phone, pickin it up , not handin bck to the owner and usin credit of the simcard?
