I think i should be looking round your way, im looking for somewhere at the moment, i currently live with the oldies in the middle of a shit area and my house has been valued in excess of 200k, and will be going up in the next few years as the olympics will be held just over the river from me.

I work for a solicitors/estate agents and remax is not a good company to sell your house through neither is your move. they may be cheap but they dont do a good service

suppoose it depends on where you stay as the law is different in Scotland as to what it is in England

my other half and i have just been approved for our mortgage and the sold sign went up on the house we're buying. can't wait to get all the paper work out the way now. though it's costing us £185,000 thats what you get for a 2 bed house house with garage and drive for 2 cars down south!

bloody hell

My parents live in swindon and if i wanted to buy in westlea, nice area etc id probably be looking at 130k for a nice 2 bed.

Prices are ridiculous!

yeah still quite cheaper in scotland than england..

your move were out and they are dearer for fees etc..same value though 75-78k

SO as our area is well sought after and loads of ppl want to buy here,decided for the 1st 3-4 weeks to do it ourself..

sign is in the garden so officially up for sale

aye but just going to be moving when kid is due probably so instead of all the hassle just lease someplace for 6 months...All we have to do is move in and thats that..
