pics pics picsssssssss

Have you tried the training pads? They are supposed to mess on just the pad as it has some kind of hormone/smell in it which makes them do it on just the pad

At least then he does it on the pad and not all over the floor. Dog might just be rebelling that its left on its own of a night, would you have it in with you?

and pics picssssssss

Awwwwwwwwwwww lil doggie!!!

I cant remember how to train one, its been so so long. IIRC can you not leave newpapre down, so at least if he does mess itl be on the paper not the floor?

Id say its cos she doesnt like being left alone at night, if shes stopped howling have you gone down to see her at night time? i.e do u give in to her howling?

I think what oyur doing sounds ok tbh, it just takes time?

Alltho im no expert

I hope so

I had a spaniel when i was younger and it bit me so my parents got rid of it!

Not really a fan of smaller dogs, prefer labs/retrievers/collie/shepherd etc but he is very cute

Ally its a she and i wanted a gun dog for shoots. Jambo, we do leave paper down and she does go on it, she doesnt howl anymore so we have no reason to go down to her and when she did howl in the beginning we just ignored her. Think we'll just have to wait and see. How old is your dog now

A gun dog?

Maybe you should get a little doggie sofa for in your bedroom and she could sleep in there with you

I have 2 spare bedrooms so maybe my dog could have its own room with doggie furniture and a doggie wardrobe with clothes and everything

ok ok calm down but maybe let her sleep outside ur bedroom in a basket so shes closer to you, shes only a puppy and being downstairs might be quite scarey...

A gun dog is used for hunting and retreiving dead animals. If i put her bed outside the bedroom, i can 110% guarantee she would not stay in it, she would be up onto my bed and that aint happening. That program with victoria stilwell, its me or the dog is on tonight so might get some tips from there

J1, only got one left now

Hes 12!

I guess shes just nervous about being left alone at night, so long as you make it clear to her that shes naughty when she goes, and if theres a night when shes not messed, then obviously give her LOTS of attention and make her learn shes a good doggie

I Love dogs, i want a pug

She cant be nervous, she is such a confident dog when meeting people and other dogs etc and she is so hyper, i think she basically wakes up early in the morning and just goes, she normally has to go after a kip

I was only joking........i gave a sensible reply earlier in the thread

any way if she is still young she might grow out of it. Though what Clair vauxcorsagirl?!?!?! said will probably do the trick, about the disinfectant, I asked my mum and she said thats what she used when Teddy used to pee everywhere.
