tell them to fuck off if they think your paying that much, say you will give them as much as the job really costs and if they want it done at nissan for extra thats there choice but you shouldnt have to pay that extra

tell them if they make you pay for it then your going to take ownership of £800's worth of the car!

Tell them to go to their insurance company to arrange for the work to be done. When they contact yours they wont pay out as it happened on private property so it will have to be paid for by your grandparents. That way they only have to pay £75 and you pay feck all and keep your NCB. Job done and no bad feelings either.
