A lot of that is bollocks, or if true puts the college in a dicky position legally. Acquiring student details if you shouldn't have access to them is illegal and the college would get prosecuted.
They also wouldn't allow you back if it was so obviously that you were so closely involved. I find this very hard to believe tbh.

would u like to bet on that? the college was full of low lifes so they wernt arsed. they jst kept givin us warning after warning but some how let us off in the end. and the details wer eventually posted up on the walls of the corridor for some reason, think it was to do with what grades they finsihed up with. trust me ian, its not bollocks!

You wouldn't put peoples phone numbers on the wall. The college has a legal obligation to protect data. They're either not aware of their legal position or no such leak occured.
I've seen unprofessionalism in my time but some of that is frankly fantasy. No single educational establishment in this country would even be open now if they condoned behaviour like that.

i honeslty phoned that guys dad up lol, i even found address, etc of me and my mates in my tutors desk. they had to keep hold of them cos every term theyd ask us if the details wer still correct.
the reason why we never got kicked out was because when they said they wer goin to do we wud stick up for one another and take the blame t get my mtes off the hook or theyd take blame for me. the course is now finished at that college cos it was obvious that it was a disgrace. if u dnt believe me all uv got to do is ring up that college and speak to gordon hooklsy (the boss of design) and he'l tell u how we behaved

at college i got a told off for going the rong way around the mini - round about in the car park by one of the ground staff so went round it about 25 times the wrong way...got pulled into the site office and got another telling off and then they showed me the CCTV tape of me doing it.....was bloody hilarious....... alhough when i was doing it i did not see what i saw on the tape.....the dean in his car waiting to leave the carpark. oops!!!!!!!

the wall had details of the students doing their final year, i cnt remember i they ahd numbers or addresses on it but they had one or the other. and if i didnt find it from there, i found it in the desk instead.

Yeah but the story was that you got the information from the wall, then actually you took the information from the desk, which would indicate to me that the college was actually partially fulfilling its obligation as opposed to completely not.

ian stop it with the long words. the stroy might have said from the wall cos i cnt remember wer it was from, i didnt think it wud matter at the time wer i said it was from. but i honestly got that number and we phoned his dad up cos he didnt know his son was gay. he then phoned college back up later and said that he wanted us kicked out for what we had said. i think that was the time when i got my first final warning cos i had to sit in his office for ages gettin the bollocking of my life for bullying

well i got a warning cos of a stupid heffer. We did not get on at all, always argue dont know why, but she puhsed me to far in it lecture and ended up picking up the computer chair to throw at her. But me mate calm me down. She just walked out of the room saying shes going to simon to tell.
Did get on with the it lecturer either and he was leaning over me mate, i turned round to say dont do that looks like yr going to kiss her, so he replied with i wont but i kiss u, my reply was sorry dont kiss gorillas. I was gobsmacked it was just a remark cos he was fat.
