I got an 18% bonus from John Lews Partnership last year.. Though we got it in March at the end of the financial year.
Not sure if I get anything from Tamworth Snow Dome. Though they did give me a free £200 ski jacket the other day...

Very few places give a Xmas bonus as it were... however, we get our bonus in Decembers pay so seems like one Guaranteed too... mine is 2 weeks of my wages so I got £1,500 nearly (gross obv)

i get fuck all, not even a party with drinks supplied. Pretty shit considering i work in an off licence, its not a small one either, the 2 owners have about 40 shops so they aint shy of money. One has a Bentley and the other has/had a ferrari at one stage.
We used to get a 5 quid voucher for the shop but that didn't last long. Worked there over 4 years too. so its not like i'm new.

Got a wicked Xmas hamper with lots of food and wine and shit.
Not much but i do work in retail so i didnt think it was too bad oh and got a £10 voucher to spend in highstreet!
