Ok, here is exacally what happened:

(for people who know sheffield will know where i mean) i was coming down bocham park way in the right hand lane near the round about (duel carrage way), i saw a taxi driver pull into the left hand lane from a side road, when i got closer he pulled over into the lane i was in (dont think he even looked), i slammed the breaks on and the wheels locked up managed to control the car into the left hand lane to avoid him and the stupid fuck did the same thing to avoid me causing me to hit him, starting proceedings against the thick cunt on monday. wish me luck!

To be honest there isnt much damage to the body work only the front bumper/grill and 1 of the headlights, the only thing im worried about is the engine.

Had it for about a week, the engine still starts but its been pushed back, could tell as the exhaust was a couple of inches further back than it should have been, also it was stuck in 4th gear and coolant was allover the road.
