10. Do you find it difficult to take messages on the telephone and pass them on correctly?

Only because I don't listen to what the person is saying

All of those are just lack of concentration, people are just lazy and its pathetic.

its such as made up thing that people hide behind

maybe some people are just slower than others, not an illness/brain problem, but a character defect imo

blame the parents, in fact i reckon 90% of dyslexics were brought up on micro-chips and cheap frankfurters

When people are told they are dyslexic they immediately think "ah excellent I now have an excuse for me being slow/not able to read/write/tell what bus I need to get on"

Its the state of the country we live in today.

ive been diagnosed with dyslexia from a young age (about 7/8), didnt have it to bad just find english work alot harder than other. had to do many differnt tests and was given a lot of help.

i never used it as an excuse or given up on anything because of it!

the TV programme if its the same one, was about exersising(sp) a part of the brain that a dyslexic child doesnt use as a 'normal' child would.

I found the months thing easy.

3. Do you dislike reading aloud?

Yes very much so, but only beacause everyone is fixed on me, not because I have difficulty reading.

is there an online test? how do they test for dyslexia?

I do feel sometimes i am slower than i should be in comparison to everyone else. And i often wonder am i dyslexic.

I don't like people who use it an an excuse when you know its because of their laziness! My sister has it, and it was very hard for her in her schooling days.

And people who say it doesn't exist and that it's a myth should really open their eyes abit.
