The court heard that after the attack Zulfiqar shouted, in Urdu: "We have killed the white man. That will teach an Englishman to interfere in Paki business."

true but in this case with the information that has been presented to us its safe to say this was a racial attack on an innocent bypasser.

another article on it, with regards to Vibrio's post.. even without being in the case itself, I think there's enough evidence in these two articles to prove it was a racial attack with phrases such as "we killed the white man" just read the second article. Goes into a bit more depth.

The attack may not have been racist but the accused certainly are. There are certainly enough examples of racism in their comments.
The violence, as I can see, is directly related to arrogance and contempt and doesn't seem to be followed up with any remorse given their defence of blaming each other, which I suspect would hopefully for them end up with no one being found guilty. Sadly this type of attitude appears in all races.

The race of the judge shouldn't matter. The judges job is to make decisions based on evidence that they're presented with, not to bring prejudice or favoritism to the court.

So now the taxes paid from my hard-earned wages have to go to support these racist scum who've killed someone not of their own race.......absolutely disgusting!
I'd say execute them, a bullet each between the eyes, but then I'd still be paying taxes on the bullet, the gunpowder used, and so on....
Best way, make a few hundred deep cuts on each of them, and throw them in a shark-infested pool......let them die the way their victim did, in extreme pain!
