Well they work dor me, but they are only one thing that you can do and may not work for everyone
Its probably worse for your girlfriend at the moment as you have just come back from a holiday, she could try having a sunbed for a few minutes

Not always, depends if there are any deals.
The on i go to is £30 for 5 sessions plus one free that are 20 minutes each but if i dont want 20 full minutes i can break it down.
It helps me as i dont feel so drained etc as i do if i pale, could buy her some fake bake

You can get st johns wort from holland and barratt or boots i think. Most health shops stock it in some form
