Cook her a nice meal, get flowers/chocos, take her to hotel for a night, take her away for a weekend, take her to a posh resturant, send her a card through the post, give her a card, get her a little present, get her a big present, buy her favourite perfume, write her a poem, write her a song, go down on her and do it properly, pay for her and a mate to have a makeover and photo session, tell her you love her, be soppy, look her in the eyes and tell her shes beautiful....

Best thing ever - follow these steps.
1 Get her round your gaff
2 Run her a bath
3 Add a LITTLE foam (you will see why)
4 Add some lavdender oil (realxing)
5 Light some floating candles and turn the lights off
6 Let her enjoy the bath.
7 Enter the room and give her a massage.
You will then get ANYTHING you want.

Cheers for suggestions i really meant small suprises as i just fucking took her to egypt so she aint getting no more hotel rooms cos i am BRASSIC
I do run her baths and that often possibly made it less of a supricse and more of a norm which was a mistake...
Oh and she hates teddy bears
