Nova its probably (likely to change) going to be a 1.6 8v for the sheer easyness.

1.6 8v? from a 1.6 16v??

Or do you mean the other nova?

a 1.6 16v can be faster though.....

1.6 16v can be faster ,but there are 1.6 8v seting 14.3 1/4 mile times! the engines are cheaper to tune with only 1/2 of the top end in comparison to the 16v, they are cheaper to buy, carbs are generally cheaper than tb's with no need for management, can be made to look so much nicer with no wires trailing around....

but yes space frame and v8 is the best option

Exactly all of these points is why I want the 8v, 16v has far far to many wires.

Yes, I am going to move the Nova to the garage for a month and take the engine out, strip the dash out again as one of the mounting brackets has snapped and needs reparing. I can't wait to get started on her again ready for PVS 06.

I have found motivation again.
