it did 263 brake on the rollers and wasnt holding boost. power engineering estimated 290-295 if it held the correct amount of boost

at one point on the rollers it held 4psi and still made 203 brake

Yep i was running the vmax version of phase 2 on my black cally turbo - that was livid on the road.
4wd when it works is awesome.
