True, i wasn't going to put down a deposit as i thought i had to put down 10% ... but 5% is only 3k (roughly) which isnt too bad.
Im gunna keep looking, if i find somewhere nice then i will go for it, ideally id prefer a biggish one bedroom flat/small 2 bed as its only me, well and Richie when he wants to pop over
Will probably get somewhere small, find my feet, then in a few years get a bigger place, that way i could have paid off some of the mortgage, at least it will be a start...
and im doing it on my own which will be hard, the smaller my outgoings the better, girl power

That house in norwich would be about 120k
I would only live in the flat close to work if i didnt have a car, otherwise the house.
