just deal with it - no guys off here will give your an ounce of sympethy and you should learn your lesson the hard way, at the end of the day the judge will either rape you another ass hole OR be shagging your mum and let you off... i think it will be the firsat option though

Had an accident? Not your fault? You could be entitled to compensation! Forget about your licence, sue the other rider and live off that for a few years.
Sponging cow near me did just that, got knocked off her scooter, made a claim, and is now lookin at a 5 figure settlement. It's all fucked up.

Or the judge could rape his mum's arsehole, by telling her if he can fuck her, he'll let her son off, send him down anyway and get some hardcore mother ass.

Whats the problem with people on this site, the guy is just asking a question, clearly he has acknowleged the fact he made a mistake - he's a young lad, and he isn't mouthing off about how he has been fucked over. I'm sure quite a few people on this site have ben in trouble for something in thier lives. I am also possitive that quite a few people on here aren't fully insured on thier car due to not declaring modifications.
Getting sick of this shit, every time somone posts up something like this everyone acts as if it's the end of the world.

So you were sat on a bike, when another bike smashed into you doing 90, you a bike license but no insurance, ended in hospital nearly dead and now your going to court?
Silly boy I do think you will get a ban, probably 6 months and hopefully a fine as well when you go to court wear a suit and i hope for your sake that you dont speak anything like you type, because if you walk into court with an attitude, talking like a chav then they wont be easy on you
Explain you know you've made a mistake etc etc that you've learnt from it physically and mentally blah blah blah
IMO you fucked up and now u have to stand up and take the shite for it, ignore stupid comments made off here people will give you their opinions but thats freedom of speech for you, we are all entitled to it
Good luck

was the bike you were sitting on engine on? As if not, even if you had been riding it, surely you dont need insurance to be sat on a mates bike waiting for him!? If you were just parked up you might want to get your lawyer to look into that!
As for your injuries it wont make any difference to what happens to you. If you cant find someway out of it then you'll probably end up with a ban.

you will loose your licence mate plus a 6-12 month ban
6 points or over in the first 2 years you loose it, and then you have to retake your test BUT when you get your licence back it will be clean of points.
