if you plan to use it to withdraw a lump sum of cash you may find that withdrawls aren't included in the interest free deal.

and i'm with Jake. stupid to just get in more debt for the hell of it if it's not something you need specifically.

I would probably cut the credit card up. Expensive things are for people who can afford it - don't just buy stuff on credit because you can.
