Yesterday @ the max power shootout thingy

He noticed my window sticker & asked if I knew who you were. I told him yes. He told me that he was working on your car at the moment & mentioned what you were having done (I wont tell everyone!)
He started off by telling us how 2.0 Corsas handle awfully & are almost undriveable. Not exactly true as there not that bad.

Then I mentioned the whole BP saga & he started on about that. He said that there gonna send BP the bill for the rebuild. But only for the head, bent valves etc, they were gonna tell them how fucked they were. We asked about the pistons & he said no they weren't gonna mention them as they were fine. So what did the valves bend on? Thin air But then hey, what do BP know about engines?

As someone said he sounds like someone who knows a lot of people but doesn't know much himself.

He also seemed to think that a TB'd car would've been better for this sort of thing (the shootout). Eh? Going in a straight line as fast as you can & top speed etc. Thats turbo territory!

I heard him talking some other shit too but to be honest he started boring me so I stopped listening

He was a fairly well built geezer with black spikey hair btw
