My parents have a ST170 absolutely love the spec and the leather electric recaros.

Fuel consuption is prety good too IMO only thing is it doesnt feel fast you really have to revs the nuts off it to get it to pull.

Nice all rounder car tho

whilst on the subject, what are the diesel focus' like? also what insurance group is the 2.0?

Focus' are in the balance along with 306, corsa C and a mk 4 astra for my post xmas new car.

at its best when whipping round a round-about as fast as the conti's will let you my dad loved his to bits, really hated selling it, but it wasnt that fast in a straight line, but thats not what the ST was about. personally i loved the interior and the seats were f-ing comfy, lovely gearchange too

ST170 and RS are awesome round corners. Any other focus is just slow and poopy IMO

My dad has a 2.0 litre Focus Saloon. I like it Although my Corsa looks like a matchbox car next to it on the drive

I've slept in the boot too!

Went off them a bit when I saw the overwhelming amounts of them at TRAX this year

get a 1.8 zetec, my mate had one and it was decent enough

yeh the 1.8 Focus is fairly nippy, plenty of low down torque and easy for just driving on motorway.
