Ally - they can't see the detail of the transaction until it's actually cleared onto my statement (takes a couple of days apparently). I've been told to ring them back on monday.

Cosmo - 400k, can imagine some daft cow on her first day pressing random numbers on the computer..... quite worring really

I had £8,500 put into my halifax acount, it was there for about 5 weeks then they took it out

i would of took it out myself but they blocked my card
