i'll let you know when i try every cnut i know has a starbo GT... one of my mates one is tuned to 187BHP but that doesnt really tell the storey.. he left it in to one of our other mates garage to get some coilovers fitted then left and went shopping..... BAD MOVE we thought i a good idea to take it for a test drive...

fooking hell was it quick! a 2.0 corsa would need to be some car to beat it... the torque was just crazy... as mentioned above they dont like corners but then again neither do corsa's...

tom, just been talking to my mate and he has passed this on to me for you,

Hiya mate that was me! i didnt wanna go past you on the corners, i was shitting myself incase i hit you's and set you flying off lol i could of gone a bit quicker but i didnt wanna cause either of us to have to slam on, especially with you being on the back too. cheers for saying it sounds nice dont know how fast i was going, didnt look! round that long sweeping left hander though you's were slowly pulling away! didnt want to have you a race off the lights because of the police, the wheelie looked boss though. Was nice to have a play with a biker who aint got a pure attitude too, give us a wave if you see me,

no way XE would win all day long! trust me i sell starlets!

a modded starlet would kill a XE, ya know some neon washer jets and one of chavvy modeo kids resistors would help loads!

Starlets are VERy good fun!

I had an SR Starlet EP91 (1300 16v 4cyl non-turbo - 85bhp) andit was a quick little thing. I bought it as a damaged repairable and owned it 3weeks before rolling it.

My mate paid £4500 for his R reg Starlet GT. Had RR printouts of 200bhp. Very quick cars and can easily embarass larger cars.

They hold there money to silly extents.

How mine ended up...

A std starlet would not beat an xe corsa, i had a play with a std astra gsi and it was very close, so an xe in a corsa should beat me, and i had an advantage over a starlet, wouldn't be a lot in it but the corsa should have the edge.

i think 200bhp+, requires a different turbo and a better inlet manifold
