you can pick up RA and WRX's for failry cheap

I'd go for an early RA if money was an issue, 260+ bhp.... light weight, short geared etc..

STi Type RA if you have a bit more to spare....

then P1/Sti TypeR ....

then 22B

YEs so many people dont realise this. I do like the P1s but i wouldnt pay 15/16k for one when its possible to buy an STi V type R for much less money. with the change left over FMIC, Full exhaust, and a serious spec ECU remapped by someone like andy F or bob rawle.

Seth u can get P1s alot cheaper than that!!!

What makes the p1/sti type r etc have more power, is it just ecu and turbo? Or is it more substantial?

I.e cant u make a boggo UK spec scoob to mirror that of its more expensive counterparts?

Im still saving

The black one is just short of 300bhp standard...... old UK's are just over 200, 240 with PPP

STi's have stronger running gear too

@ Jim

I prefer the feeling of being in ciqucento and overtaking a lorry and it nearly falling over due to being buffed by the wind resistance
