I'm proud of Luton, goes to show with just confidence you can go far, whether or not you'll be there at Xmas is another story.
I'm just happy Norwich are 2nd from bottom and we have 10 points out of a possible 18.
I agree, i'm loving it while it lasts. We are not getting promoted.
Small unfashionable club doing well

Top three are starting to get into there stride, Sheff Utd, Wolves & Leeds, I knew Crystal Palace and Norwich would struggle to adapt, Soton have a good manager so they will be there or thereabouts come Xmas.

We've not been outplayed by anyone this season. Still waiting to see a good team face us. Stoke beat us but were lucky, even their manager said that.
Roll on Wolves, that'lll be the test for us.

Yeah its looking that way. I'd be happy with top 10 or 12 I reckon after seeing a handful of teams so far.

Have you been to Molineux before ? I went quite a few years back with Southend, it's a superb ground, great atmosphere aswell.
It's quite mad because on that same day West Ham were playing Tottenham at Upton Park and there were more fans at Wolves watching them play Southend than at West Ham

Brittania Stadium
Walkers Stadium
Been to every game bar the Carling Cup match
Looking forward to Elland Road, Molineux, and Ricoh Arena.

Money talks to be honest.
I think he would have refound form at Liverpool and really helped their cause.
Pah i dont care Luton are third in the Championship - oh the dizzy heights!
hell yes, my nose is bleedin again!
Oh a fellow Luton fan
Leicester was ace on Saturday - in the corner the away stand was near on full - and in full tune.
Millwall was eeeerrr interesting so interesting in fact i didnt actually go i didnt fancy being hit with a seat from the oak road end!
Both hard fought games but maximum points keeps us up there the more points the better i think we will do ok and just end up missing out on the play offs.
But for the club to continue being successful we need the new stadium now that they have been talking about for 25 bloody years!
Oh just read you was at the walkers stadium as well - ace - we managed to blag parking right next door - ace
Oh did you see who scored for the scum over the weekend

One of those big moves which could see him becoming a local hero or becoming a major flop. Time will tell!
Newcastle have shown their best and worst aspects in the first few games. Awful against Bolton and West Ham but matched Arsenal for half of the match and dominated Man Utd for the first half of the match but just couldn't score goals in either of them. That's where Owen could make the difference both scoring and providing as there's no doubting that Shearer is more effective with pace alongside him.

No doubt that Owen and Shearer will be mouth watering and Newcastle do have quality in most areas of the pitch - i dont think the manager helps in all honesty.
Shearer has lost half a yard of pace but thats to be expected i guess. Still time will tell.
Owen does have a clause in his contact whereby if Liverpool match the 16m he will go at ANY time.
Interesting to say the least - if i was the manager i dont think i would want a player that really wanted to be elsewhere.
