just chop the bit off the sec air pump, squeeze the pipe together and fill it with some gunk

i had the problem with the manifold, but fitted it as i didnt even notice

in the end the channel at the back for the EGR i welded up

if you removed the seconday air pump and egr crap

you will have a hole in the manifold, that will go nowhere, and leak exhaust gases like fuck

what you need to do is 1, blank on the hole, or 2, weld the channel in the back of the manilfold up, so the gases cant go anywhere

my supersprint came with little nuts and bolts, one fitted the hole so i used it, job done woooo. mine you the manifold did cost a little bit
