installed ad-aware too and microsoft spyware..
still not right, home page not right and can't get it changed back?? to stay as wanadoo...
can't see u2u messages in here either, says 2 but no new ones???? but can access old ones....
?????

you said safe mode at start up F8.... can't get into it mate..
Still well fucked up...can't even get into yahoo mail, soon as your in goes back to that about:blank

let me know how it goes mav, i'm on msn all day and bored so we'll fix it somehow 
it's because u have a spyware program which reinstalls itself on start up, if u use safemode it won't start it up so u can scan, delete it and it won't bug u again....
u may also want to try
Spybot Search and Destroy
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
i use all 3... windows one, ad-aware and, spybot.
If that don't sort it then come back to me

Have u installed MSN plus? If so, Uninstall it and it should fix your problem

loaded up in safe mode and done a scan etc and removed...
still not fixed, still changinf homepage to 'about:blank'
