If you spray fry light onto it while its hot then it cooks it nicely

I've always been lucky when it comes to eating well my mam knows how important it is.
I eat breakfast about 20% of the time, usually have sandwiches for my lunch and some crisps etc. Team time I cook alot for my self with my mum not being at home that often, last night I made a nice chilli (my chef mate was at our's aswell so he helped me ) don't know how to cook alot of different things but then even if I just throw some frozen fish in the oven and have it with veg and a jacket potato my mum will make a proper cooked meal the next night. also like stir fry so tend to eat that alot and alot of rice.
I don't tend to eat between friday and sunday just lately tho too much beer to be drunk

i used to put a really thin layer of butter(or summat) onto the griddles but it still made it really dry. Probably because foremister just drained all the juices away.

Think of the bigger picture mannn
Just start off with a meat, say chicken breast, then add some vegtables, say green beans (boil) and another veg lets sayy peas or brocoilli, then pick some sort of potato like fresh mashed potatoes.
And there you have it, a meal. And that wouldnt take too long to cook, its all about the prep
Of course you could get rid of all the veg above and have salad instead
Yummy.

My eating habits are terrible.
I never eat breakfast as i get up at 6 so its too early, i tend to get something to eat at about 11.30 during the week either a chicken pasty or a bagel but then im not normally hungry by lunch so i wont get anything for lunch then maybe a pack of crisps at 4.30 and thats it till the next day as i get home at about 9pm.
I dont like eating dinner late and i tend to go out so dont have time and at the weekends im not normally at home so i dont get a chance to eat until about 8.30 if i go out for dinner.

If I came home from a hard day in the city and was greeted by an ally proposing the idea of dinner that is described in one my othe replies, I would feel obligated to give you at least 10 minutes of Willay Loving (tm).
A beer and some candles would go down nicely too
