your being stupid..
fwd - limited due to traction and the engine hanging over the front wheels! even with TC the car wont be as much fun as a RWD or 4wd...
RWD - fun, no traction problems if you have the correct set up on the diff, and you can hang the arse out as long as you want..
4wd - 4wd drift is impressive, but i'd say harder to get the arse end out!
As for the monaro being twitchy.. drive a real one not one on a game! might be twitchy but the adrenalin rush is immense (and yes i've driven one allbeit a HQ 1976 model)

And GT4 is not realistic, despite them magazines.
It takes skill to drift properly, you proberly heavy footed.
Just try to be smooth then gradualy speed up.
