He'll be under contract so I wouldn't have thought so, also chopping and changing teams mid way through a season wouldn't do his world cup chances very good. Anyway spurs are a decent club, cheeky fooker.

I cant be bothered to look for stats right now but routledge may have not scored lots of goals but had loads of assists. He will get better and better.

I think at what is he 31-32 he has a good few seasons in him yet, no where near finished and if he plays regulary he will be an excellent signing...
