yep get this too...old man at a crossing told me to slow down but i was going about 15- 20mph in the build up to it as it's in a shopping centre car park..

he then preceded to walk as slow as he possible can across the crossing and since my horn is fooked i decided to rev my engine a bit...He stopped and said I am reporting you.....?? for what ???? that he said pointing at my exhaust..I sadi whatever revved a few times and drove away

don't get me wrong, there wasn't a horse there, she was giving me advnaced warning because it was 1/4 mile down the road, i wouldn't do it next to a horse (it might kick my car!!)

I just get little kids waving at me..

I always thought it was because they liked my car, but maybe they're telling me to slow down.

I just give them a little toot and BWARRRRRRRPPP on my way past..
