Mine is the amount of time and energy I have wasted on regretting things. So I try not to think about them that much anymore.

where the fuck do i begin?

I think moneywise constantly living beyond my means, too many massive and i mean massive loans and too many cars.

Always putting a gfriend before a career has never done me any favours either.

I guess to much focus on material things, cars, buying house etc etc. working in IT purely for the decent salaries.

Fallen into the western way of life, aquisition of wealth being the driving force in most peoples lives in this country.
