i got engaged to the kids dad at 17 was engaged til i left him at 21, was together 6yrs, very nearly married him

I hate it when people get engaged and dont get married for years, way i see it is if ya gonna get engaged it means ya gettin married so get married engagment is just the announcment before the event. Dont be engaged just for the sake of it.

I'd say dont do it yet, as living in each others pockets you may not be able to handle with yas not seeing each much only at weekends...

Once you live together u probably wont feel the need to get married, since me and rich have been living together i dont want to get engaged, we act like we are married anyway

So live together for a while, being married is just a ring and some vows, living together, doing the day-to-day stuff, and coping with the stresses of life is what makes a relationship strong and ready for marriage

me and leni are getting married next year! ain't engaged yet but gonna happen soon

We've been together 4 years and had a mortgage together for 2 1/2 of them!

I don't want kids before we get married, so thats one of the reason we are getting married
