I think for ever 10mph wind it is 1 degree Celcius cooler.
Its not so much the air cooling that the fans do, they are mearly shifting the hot air inside the case outside.

yes, but on a hot day they are drawing warm air into the case in the first place. I guess for majority of pcs its perfectly adequate, if i built a beast rig would defo watercool though.
