I don't get students through college by being nice, or sly for that matter.
If you want to learn things, use your time wisely.
If you want to talk on the internet, look forward to your career in unskilled work.

A ban won't help - waking up to the fact that passing exams requires you to learn things possibly will.

I fail to see how they are sly.
As for how much work you put in, you sure do spend a lot of time on the internet for someone who wants to do well.

Got to be said, I worked my arse off for my GCSE`s and it paid off.
Went to sixth form did Maths, Physics, Design Technology and Geography.
When my AS`s came through I felt a dickhead for not working hard enough(got DDEE).
I got a A in one maths module, so I dropped Geography and worked my arse off this year. I was in school untill 7:30 some nights getting my deign technology project done.
This time I felt really confident, resitting a load of modules I got at least a B in all my AS`s now.
Been told I got an A in Design Technology and my projects going to some competition run by Audi.
The only way is to work.
Cant wait untill september for Uni a fresh start on the only course I would ever want to do.
Sorry about your results PugNut.
I suggest you go speak to your lectures then make this scare you into working hard.

I feel bad for peopel that try really hard as it doesn't seem to work for me. In gcses i just revisied loads for history and nothing else as i was ok just shit at hostory and that was the only subject i failed. granted the teacher was a bitch and was always 'sick' (although my mum saw her out shopping a few times )
In a levels i ahven't put nearly enugh effort in as i just got into the whole sixth form mentality thing and have days off here and there but im not the most academic person tbh. I was good at maths at gcse and tried physics at as but i only managed a day.
Looking forward to uni though as I'm doing outdoor studies which is like climbing and stuff all the time
Sorry for theessay
