thing is, you do...you darlo people have a hint of geordie - although i found the propper chavs to be worse than the others 
still, i had a herd time speaking to some people, especially in clubs - they thought i was being a twat when asking them to repeat stuff

gordie accent on lass's is ace, same with scotish, talk abit fast like but after spending a few hours with them you can start to understand lol.

On holiday we spoke to people from Warrington, Preston and Bolton and a few more from NorthWest and their accent was weird to understand, they had different meanings for words

They use the word sket, weak and wat a lot and just some words are words we use like we say "i will aii" being sarcastic about doing something but they use it being serious
