ok ive been flashed (i think ) today , went through a speed cam doing about 50 in a 40, if i were to go to police station tonight and said that someone took my car for a test drive and its come back with bumper hanging off and a popped tyre and i am reporting it. Then if i got a ticket i could prob blag it by saying the car was drove by the test driver?
or will this not work

nope wont work as you'll have to name the person driving it, if you cannot dothis, then you'll get the ticket

The registered keeper would be summoned to court at his last know address, failure to respond would lead to an even larger sentance.
Skid at 35 trying to brake to 30? Please please please sell your car and get the bus, but don't post about your bus adventures working out carpet sizes.

Summoned to court You could just see me now, i'd probably faint or something on the stand Think i'll just take the points
As for getting to work on the bus, well that is a big no no. It would take over an hour where i can do it in 20 - 25 minutes in the car. I can walk to uni as it's around 2 miles but even my placement come Sept i don't think i could do on a bus.
I was going just under twice the limit and it was wet. That's how i managed to get into a skid. Also had new brakes put on because the old ones where making mad noises. I deserve to be done, was a twat for going that fast.
Don't talk to me about carpets Ian. Went the shop and the guy says it would need joins due to the size and shape of rooms. Tried to explain that it has no joins now but he was having none of it and said it could not be done. He coming to have a look over the weekend.
