How am I talking out of my arse? Creatine was the most popular product to do with muscle supplementation. Most popular for a reason. Also everyone who uses it says they haven't noticed most as good results as they did untill they took it.

Dont be lazy, just eat big. seriously Supps are over rated. Only ones with doing are the anabolic ones!

What people seem to forget is that to get big you have to exercise. No point in just eating. Thats why people get fat. They eat and eat and don't exericse. I'm not reccomending supplements as a one off solution. They should only be taken if required and in relation to exercise.

well if you don't exericse at all then no it's not. if you're working out quite a lot at high intensity using heavy weights then yes rest is the key. it's only when the muscles are rested that they grow back and repair themselves (This is where protiein has it's advantage, protein is the main ingrediant for muscle repair, It's what the muscle uses to repair its self)

why dont people just go to the gym...work out properly.... read magazines or find out how to work on particular muscle's then do it... there no simple way round it..gettin big takes time and effort..get ur arse down the gym and start a 3-4 day a week training routine! ul c changes after a few weeks if u do it properly!!

I'm not condoning taking supplements. Personally I don't. I do it the hard way. Just going to the gym. Only notice results in first six weeks as body adapts to changes. After this it's a slow process.

I lost 2 stone and then gained a stone and a half of muscle by training at home 3 times a week, by using a training book I bought when I was 13. Was one of those 'build muscles quick' adverts in a magazine. Bought it when I was at school and found it about a year ago. Suprisingly it has worked very well. The book is all about intensity rather than quantity and has loads of information on the right diets. Best £20 I've spent.

Ive found compound movements are the best. My back consists of pull ups and deadlifts and its fooking massive now off those 2 alone! same with traps. Dont neglect deadlifts. Im eating in the region of 8 meals a day split into 50g carbs(Low Gi) and 40g protein. Growing like foooooook
