Otherwise a proper dilema, you could stay faithfull if you knew she would - but what if she doesn't - comes back and says that she met a guy on holiday and she runs off with him

Then you'd feel doublely screwed.

i dont understand why you are not going on holiday WITH your girlfriend, i know mates are important, but if you feel the relationship is a good'un, then stick with that and spent the entirely holiday screwing her brains out.
Or option 1, if you can trust her to not get her knickers wet
