good on ya lad tbh

ive decided to eat healthly now (gym will come later

), to stop being a fat fuck and ive already lost a few lbs in the last few days so im tres coolio

But tbh mate, aslong as you eat right and exercise properly, then the odd few beers here and there is not usually a problem - although it depends what the "odd few" is
