i'll keep practising starts and should be able to shave a couple of tenths.

only my 2nd proper set of runs too, first set was at pvs last year and the next time i went i bent my gear linkage. its all about practicing the launch etc, recon i can shave a bit more off my times

i saw most of you run, i have videos as well,

mate ran a 13.1 in his astra which was fast and then the silk voilet nova beat it with a 12.7 and won fastest 2ltr of the day!!

Took the Corsa Turbo(C20LET) Down Running Vmax Evo 2 Software, 10psi held.

Times:

13.900@99.75mph
14.188@101.11mph
16.976@96.70mph(tried 2nd gear launch and aint trying that again lol)
14.374@99.95mph
14.167@101.12mph
13.830@101.17mph

Honestly wasnt expecting to get in the 13's running 10psi, No Diff And F16cr Box.(Very Impressed)

Yeah i was impressed, should have vmax evo 5 software in a month or so.

Mine was the White Standard Looking Corsa With 16" Speedlines With No Centre Caps On.

i was pleased with my times, although the clutch slipping in second was an arse!!

1: 14.968 @ 89.66
2: 15.545 @ 90.88
3: 14.360 @ 96.55
4: 14.596 @ 91.43

have had the f16 on for 6 months now and it still changes gear sweet as, but like u say when it does blow F28 will be going on.

a bloke on our stand went up in his 3.0 v6 cavvy, and snapped an engine mount caning it away from the tree, stalled, and did the whole run (and drove home to oxford) in 4th, with the gearbox sitting on the passenger side suspension

timing gear got bored and didnt give him a time

if you had absolutely no reaction time, i'd still say it'd be in the 17s

brosters has 138bhp, and was running in the high 15s low 16s

me too, i will be doing it at the next RWYB, on the 11th of june i reckon, just to see how quick my car is before the engine has a massive overhaul
