you can cut it down a bit 
i worked it out this way
17336 members of Corsasport... Present for each member around a tenner = 173360
£500 Spending money for yourself = 173360 + 500 = 173860
So to cut it down you just start taking people you dont like off...
So Pug-Nut for a start...

1K easy rember you got to eat our at least twice a day plus the odd social drink and due to the heat you will be drinking loads. I found this out the hard way budgeted for 700 but spent 1200 in 14 days
